  • How do you calculate travel fees?
    To calculate travel fees for our services, we take into account various factors to ensure fair and transparent pricing. Here’s how we determine travel fees: 1. Base Travel Fee: The base travel fee for all appointments starts at $50 and is subject to increase based on your location-per artist hired. This fee covers the essential travel expenses associated with getting our artist(s) to your venue. 2. Distance: We consider the distance between the artist’s location and the location of your venue. The farther the distance, the higher the travel fee (travel fees range from $50-$250+ per artist hired). This helps us cover the cost of transportation and time spent traveling. 3. Cost of Travel: The actual cost of travel, such as gas, tolls, or public transportation, is factored into the travel fee to ensure that our artist(s) can reach your location comfortably. 4. Time Spent Traveling: The time spent by the artist(s) in transit to your venue is taken into consideration. 5. Special Areas: For appointmnets in specific locations such as Hoboken, NYC, and Jersey City, there will be a flat travel fee of $200 for each artist, regardless of distance. This accounts for the higher costs and logistics associated with these areas. In addition to Parking Garage reimbursement. 6. Hotel Stay Fees: If your venue is located over an hour and a half away (one way) from the artist’s location, and the wedding is scheduled to start before 8 am, hotel stay fees may apply. This is to ensure the artist’s convenience and punctuality. If you would like your artist(s) to change locations mid-day (i.e. from the hotel/home to the venue, to the church, etc.) there is a $100/per artist hired, location change fee.
  • Are Lashes Included?
    Lashes are included in our Bridal Package – we offer the option of strip and individual lashes. During your trial session you and your artist can discuss and decide which type of lashes best complements your desired makeup look. Lashes are not included in our Personal Makeovers or Bridal party appointments, but can be added-$10. You will have the opportunity to discuss with the artist which lash suits you best. Lashes are not included in 1:1 Lessons.
  • Do you offer a la carte services?
    The only ‘a la carte’ service we offer is lashes, at an additional cost of $10. Applicable with a full Personal Makeover appointment. We do not offer “just eyes” or anything less than a full appointment, at this time.
  • What are Service Fees?
    Service fees cover but are not limited to the cost of the services provided, expertise, maintenance, improvement of product, taxes or administrative costs. Service fees are subject to increase based on # of appointments booked and length of the appointment. Service fees are Calculated accordingly and labeled on our contract. Service Fee is separate from the Travel Fee.
  • Will the artist doing my trial be the same artist as my wedding/event date?
    Yes! The artist who performs your trial appointment will be the same artist assigned to your wedding or event date to ensure consistency and quality in the makeup application.
  • When will I have my Wedding Date timeline?
    We will be in contact with you 2 months prior to your wedding date, to discuss specific details needed. (i.e. photographers arrival time, hair artists schedule, must be ready by time etc.) One month prior, we will send you your timeline and final invoice.
